

I’m a complete beginner to working out. Will this programme work for me?
Of course, your training plan is completely tailored to you and your ability. There is a detailed initial consultation to ensure that I write a programme that is suitable for you and where you can ask any initial questions. Remember, everyone starts off as a beginner.
I can’t decide between 121 coaching and a one-off plan. Which one should I choose?
All services will provide you with a completely personalised fitness and nutrition programme, however there are 3 key differences. 1) You are provided with ongoing support, guidance and plan amendments with 121 coaching. 2) The Lift.Run.Perform programme is for race specific goals, whereas personalised plans and 121 coaching are tailored to any goal you might have, from weight loss to performance and everything in between. 3) Budget. 121 coaching is an ongoing monthly cost whereas Lift.Run.Perform and personalised plans are a one off fee.
I would like a one-off plan but I don’t have a race specific goal. Can you create a plan for other goals?
Lift.Run.Perform is for race specific goals only, however if you have another goal in mind then please reach out and we can discuss getting a bespoke personalised plan made up for you.
I am really busy, do you still think I can get results?
To make long term results you need to prioritise what’s important to you. I help my clients to create a routine they can stick to. Workout frequency and number of workouts will be tailored to fit into your schedule.
Do I need to go to a gym?
Having access to a gym is definitely beneficial but it is optional. I write training plans based on the resources available to my clients. Some clients have very little equipment and still make great progress towards their goals. However, I would suggest having access to some equipment if you don’t want a gym membership, such as dummbbells and resistance bands.
