121 ONLINE
COACHING

121 online coaching allows me to work closely with you to create an easy to follow, personalised programme to help you achieve your goals and hold you accountable.

Whatever your goal, the intention will always be the same - to help you succeed.

Programmes will be customised to work around your schedule and experience, and will be provided weekly so we can continue to assess and adjust.

LIFT.RUN.PERFORM
 PROGRAMME

Lift. Run. Perform is the signature programme at Coached by Jodie. This 12-week programme is specifically designed for those who are training for a race, and need guidance on how to build up to the distance, incorporate strength training into your routine, fuel your body and smash a PB!

The programme is tailored to your specific race goals, and includes comprehensive reference guides to address any questions you may have.

ONE OFF
PERSONALISED PLANS

One off personalised programmes are perfect for those who are not ready to commit to 121 coaching, but still want a fully customised plan to help achieve their goals; whether that’s running or lifting performance focused, muscle gain or weight maintenance or loss.

Programmes will be customised to work around your schedule and experience, and will be provided as a one off plan, up to 12 weeks in duration.

ABOUT

Hey, I'm Jodie!

Keeping fit has been a huge part of my life for the past 14 years. My first love was weight training, and running joined the love triangle several years later. I decided to turn my passion into helping others, and I'm now a fully qualified personal trainer, nutritionist and running coach.

I have a huge passion for building the bridge between running and strength training in order to optimise performance.

My goal is to help you become a stronger, more powerful athlete that will translate not only to your performance, but to your everyday life too. I want to educate others with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle (and of course it doesn't hurt to hit a few PBs along the way!)

So, if you're looking to take the next step towards your fitness goals, whether that's training for your first 5k, hitting a marathon PB, getting stronger in the gym or general nutritional advice...I would absolutely love to help you. I'll keep you motivated, hold you accountable, and be with you every step of the way!
