By having the 121 experience, I will ensure that you’re provided with exactly what YOU need to reach YOUR goals. But we won’t stop there. I will provide you with the knowledge to not only achieve your goals, but most importantly, how to maintain it. I ensure that you understand everything throughout the process so that you appreciate the importance of each element.

 

Every training plan is tailored to your needs, providing structure and eliminating hassle. Your plan will continue to be adapted as we go, to ensure it’s always perfect for you.

The nutritional side of your plan will teach you how to enjoy the foods you love while still achieving your goals.

Following our introductory call, you will be provided with a starter meal plan tailored to your likes/dislikes. You will then be able to create your own meal plan with the calories/macros already calculated for you. 

 

I provide all clients with 121 WhatsApp support, to ensure they feel confident at every stage of the process. I’ll be there to push you when you’re lacking motivation, and to celebrate your wins along the way. We will also do weekly check-ins so I can review your results consistently and make adjustments when needed.

Lift. Run. Perform is the signature programme at Coached by Jodie. It is specifically designed to help you become a stronger, more powerful runner and is tailored to your specific race goals. The 12-week programme includes a progressive running and strength plan, daily macro and calorie breakdowns, and a one week meal plan.

Lifting improves your muscular strength, endurance and power which are all vital to running performance.
